Leading Accounts Payable Solutions Firm Masters Prestigious Program
Anybill, Inc., a pioneer in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) accounts payable solutions, today announced that, based on examinations conducted in 2013 by the Institute of Finance and Management (IOFM) and The Accounts Payable Network (TAPN), the organization’s Tax and Accounts Payable Specialists were recognized as holding Platinum Departmental Certification.
IOFM/TAPN developed certification programs in 2003 in response to emerging economic, legislative and technological developments affecting the Accounts Payable (AP) function. The program requires candidates to complete a rigorous examination toward either Accounts Payable Manager (APM) or Accounts Payable Specialist (APS) certification.
To earn Accredited Payables Department status, a minimum of 60% of the department must earn certification. Departments achieving 85% certification hold Platinum certification.
Anybill received Platinum certification when 100% of the department earned certification, including APM and APS certificates. Several in the department performed at an unusually high level on the exam to be awarded certification “with distinction.”
“Anybill is honored to have received certification from IOFM/TAPN, and I congratulate our entire customer service team for achieving this distinction,” said Anybill Chief Operating Officer Rudy Bejarano. “It’s a testament to the department’s commitment to professionalism and customer service.”
The Institute of Finance & Management (IOFM) is the largest provider of tools, resources, research, training, certification, and events in the field of financial operations.
IOFM runs three membership networks: The Accounts Payable Network (TAPN), The Accounts Receivable Network (TARN), and The Controller’s Network (TCN). Membership helps professionals advance their careers and organizations improve their processes through access to information, best practices, and insights.
In 2014, IOFM will host five events to facilitate education and networking in financial operations.
IOFM is a business unit within Diversified Communications, an independent producer of events and media worldwide. For more information, visit http://www.iofm.com.
