Joe manages Anybill and PayPool’s Treasury team and serves as in-house legal counsel. In these capacities, he provides oversight for the treasury functions and banking relationships, as well as manages all client contracts and business agreements. He was critical to Anybill’s acquisition strategy when the company acquired the payment services business from Thomson Reuters tax compliance practice in 2012.
Prior to joining Anybill, Joe worked as a consultant in Deloitte’s London office. He holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance as well as a Law Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and is completing a Wharton Executive MBA degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Joe enjoys travelling internationally, as well as being athletic and competing in marathons and his first triathlon.
